As Canadians, it was a big challenge for us to run vacation homes in Orlando .

We purchased our first Villa in January 2011. There were some furniture in the Villa but none of which we wanted to keep.

With good experience in real estate, our goal was to furnish and decorate our villa as a model home so that our guests can have the best memories of their vacation and will always want to come back. As visitors, the time in which we stayed in Orlando was limited and for the first couple of days that we spent hunting for a furniture package, we were disappointed as our expectations were high. Recommended by our realtor, we met Pat and Polly. We were very glad that their concept of design and services that they could provide were really what we were looking for. Polly Moran is the best designer we have ever had. She can always come up with impressive ideas and her professional knowledge of design is very intensive. We especially love the color scheme and window treatment she designed for each of the rooms, they made our villa very outstanding! Our first villa opened in May 2011 and it was a tremendous success. The photographer made a YouTube video for us and we got so many good comments on it. Many of our villa guests have commented that it was the best villa they have ever stayed at. All the furniture, mattresses, bedding, and kitchen equipment are at very high standards. Our villa has truly become a dream vacation home.

In September 2011, we purchased our second villa and a major reason we did this is because we have a lot of confidence with Hudson’s Vacation Interiors that we know this villa will be even better. To meet our tight timeline, Polly spent three days and nights to come up with the design plan, she was very patient with all our requests and ended up with an excellent plan that we were very happy about. We also want to mention their installation crew and service people, they are also the best. One day before the photo shoot, two decorated pictures were still on their way. We thought we were going to miss those items during the photo shoot. But on the early morning of the photo shoot, Dawn and her crew knocked on our door and had those delivered in time to be apart of the photos. We were very much moved and the installation they did was just perfect. For the before and post-installation services, Hazel is always there to help us out. We are very satisfied with all the services Hudson ’s Vacation Interiors has provided to us. They are truly the #1 choice for vacation homes.

We had to manage the process from the UK and your regular contact with us, plans, revised plans and re-revised plans as we changed our minds kept us in touch at every step of the way. I Apologize for this much delayed letter - due in part to a rather extended absence from our home in the UK. However, my wife and I wanted to thank you for the truly exceptional service that we received in December last, regarding the replacement of a broken table lamp at our home.

From only a description you kindly arranged for a matching replacement to be delivered from Sanford to West Colonial Drive for collection. The table lamp itself was a perfect match - but when we got it home we discovered that the shade was a little different.

I rang the following morning to arrange to collect a matching shade on our next visit (in April 08) as assumed it would not be possible to obtain one before our return to the UK early the following day. However, your colleague asked if we would be in that day and arrived scarcely two hours later with two matching shades, which she fitted for us. When we thanked her, she just said - it's part of the service. We really appreciated such prompt and helpful response and would be grateful if you would pass on our thanks to her too.

You have helped us along every step of the way and we can’t thank you enough……….even down to the little ‘touches’ of listening to our proposed theme (which was Palm Trees) and then following that very tastefully through the home with items such as bathroom accessories, lamps, dining table place mats and napkin rings…. to mention a few…..all of which added that little ‘extra’ feel of luxury which so many of our guests have already commented on.

You also kept in touch throughout the whole process and that was so important to us, knowing that you were there, working away in the background and organising everything on our behalf……then setting up our home so that when we finally opened the door for the first time, we were absolutely thrilled with it all and quite speechless…..it is everything we wanted and much more too!
